Carding Machine
Function: The machine is suitable for carding chemical fibers such as low melting point fiber, polyester, polypropylene and polyester into a network. It has the advantages of strong carding ability and high output.
Machine Form: All cylinders of the machine are processed by quenching, tempering and qualitative treatment, and then processed by precision. The wallboard is processed by cast iron, which is firm and durable. The needle cloth adopts domestic high-quality white sand needle cloth. Variable frequency speed regulation of feeding, cylinder, doffer and disordered motor. The metal needle brora stripping cotton adopts double-clutter to effectively improve the vertical and horizontal tension of the fiber mesh. Cylinder dynamic balance runout < = 0.02mm. Multiple flower suction points are configured on both sides to collect and process flying flowers through fan pipes.
Both sides of the carding machine are equipped with safety platforms for maintenance and observation. The fully enclosed transparent protective cover improves the safety of start-up and is convenient for observing the operation. Metal detection device shall be installed for feeding to prevent metal from entering.
